38 Special... now there's a band I haven't thought of in a long time. "Hold On Loosely" was one of those songs that I swear was playing daily on Q95 exactly as I was driving to my job from school. It's like they timed it to play as soon as school was out. Great stuff!

Haha, that sounds like a great memory! I think a lot of stations had regular rotations like that even before computers and digital music made it easier to do.
And I think the DJ had more leeway back then to just go with his favorites, even if they were always the same favorites.
