That first photo reminds me of a youtube video that kept showing up on my recommended feed for the longest time. It promised to show a burger based on a 1930s recipe, so totally unhealthy but delicious. I never did watch the video, but the thumbnail looked like that photo.

It was probably cooked on a flat top with lard or something like that and was 60/40 beef I would imagine. They also probably gave it a butter bath or something... My dad was talking the other day about how much better french fries were when they were able to cook them in trans-fat 🤣
