That's a pretty amazing spread. My go to breakfast (if a location has it available) is an eggs benedict. I usually will give it a try and most any restaurant to see how they all compare. The highlight for this holiday season for me was finally feeling like I made some smoked chicken wings that I was happy with the outcome. Overall, a great holiday season.
I have always wanted to try eggs benedict, but I am worried about what the hollandaise sauce would do to my stomach. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach, so it would need to be something I had and then went right home just in case :) There is a place near where I live that makes a variety of different eggs benny. They are supposed to be really good. That's cool about the chicken wings. I have been wanting to get a vortex for my Weber Kettle to make them on there. People say they turn out really great.
I've seen the vortex thing, but I've never used one. I too use a weber kettle but I just offset the coals to one side and place the wings on the other side. It's seemed to work ok.
That's pretty much how I always cook. The two zone fire is so versatile. I have the baskets, but I don't usually use them. I have seen people use them in the middle like a poor man's vortex.
