Back in the day that's all you could do until you had a certain amount of HP staked. It was tough to grow when you could only safely give out 20 upvotes per day.

        I try to keep my 100% Up-Votes at around 10 or 11, depending on how long I'll be away from my Computer... I figure you're only throwing those One Cent Up-Votes away, unless someone else makes them Two Cents...
