That is pretty cool. All this time I have been keeping my footer in a Google doc and copying and pasting it when I need it. I'll have to look around for something I can use on my PC. It certainly seems like it would increase productivity.

        Yeah, might be perfect for you. That's only a few seconds saved from the open, copy, paste, but those few seconds do add up. Add in a few text expansions, and those few seconds saved can add up even more.

              I think the hardest part for me would be remembering all the codes for my expansions. I'm not getting any younger and my memory is spotty sometimes!
