On this occasion I am showing some photos that I took earlier. This is my partner's favorite food called pickled batagor.
Batagor is made from softened tofu and filled with a mixture made from mackerel fish and tapioca flour, then shaped like a ball and filled with egg which is fried in hot oil for several minutes until cooked.
Batagor is usually served with peanut sauce and soy sauce plus pickles to complement the taste.
