Here are the steps to follow
The Mona Lisa, as most of us know her, was once found in every home we visited (also known as Leonardo Da Vinci's La Gioconda). Of course, it was so widely reproduced that it could be purchased at affordable prices by anyone who decided to have it in their home.
There was one in my house, but I don't know if it's still there. We didn't notice it the last time we were at home when we said goodbye to my mother from this earthly world. The truth is that there are many stories and beliefs surrounding this painting, such as that her eyes follow you wherever you go. My siblings and I avoided looking at it. Well, I don't know if all of us did, but in my case, I avoided looking at it or staring at it as if she were challenging me, as others did. Plus, there's that enigmatic smile. I think everyone has their own story about this painting. It was there in every room, in every home, decorating a wall.
Sometimes there were even stories of nightmares experienced by those who stared at it, others feared it, saying that painting calls to me, I don't like it.
This week's image presents us with a different Mona Lisa with an artistic style throughout the painting. The most striking features are the guitar, the psychedelic colors, a kind gaze, and even a smile that invites you to listen to rock or another style of music where the guitar can be that special touch in the melody to be played.
I feel she is very happy with her guitar, her style, and the colors of her clothing. Perhaps she is happy with the update they gave her, without dark colors, with colors that are more pleasing to the eye, more vivid, to reverse those moments of stories about her gaze and the position of her hands, as if she were thinking that something was not going well (who knows what Leonardo Da Vinci was thinking when he was inspired by her).
What is presented in this image of the Mona Lisa is a true update and creativity from someone who dared to make this change in such a renowned painting.
