How can we prevent these things from happening, in any city, town, or village in Venezuela or the entire world?
The human tendency is always to remember all those experiences that gave us pleasure in times past. It's human to remember and feel those moments under the rain wherever we were. As children, we truly enjoyed those jets of water that formed from the roofs' slopes. It could have been the flu, but generally speaking, it was joy during those rainy times.
In the present day, the reality we live in is different; work that doesn't meet construction requirements is carried out without considering the damage that comes with the heavy rains that fall.
It's no secret that when rainy seasons approach, they come with other elements that damage homes or businesses; at those times, everything turns upside down. Yes, in recent years, according to meteorological information, the amount of rain falling has tripled compared to previous years. There are many theories, but as for the rain, it does its job.
Everything evolves. Our planet Earth undergoes changes every day, reflected in the different seasons. The countries that experience them experience changes in the different seasons from previous years. Hurricane-force winds are not normal, the intensity of the rain falls, the flooding of rivers is not normal. Cities, towns, and hamlets have more inhabitants. However, although these storms are frightening, what can we expect in cities with buildings, streets in poor condition, and so on?
Water flows; when it stagnates, we must be patient because it recedes. The inhabitants of these areas are also victims of poor construction projects to prevent this type of thing from happening.
What is certain is that with each passing year, the winds become stronger and more hurricane-force, devastating everything in their path. How do we control nature? What do we do with the people who build near rivers, with the housing developments that are being built and who also suffer certain anguish? Parking lots fill up, and the force of the water sweeps everything away on the streets.
Everything changes, everything transforms.
