I recently learned of Jade Cargill's victory in WWE, and it filled me with so many emotions. She collaborated with Bianca Belair to claim the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at Backlash France. This was a great step for Jade, because she has never won any championship belt in WWE before now.
However, what really touched me was the emotional message that Jade posted on Instagram after her win. She said she wished her mom were alive to see this day. Losing a parent is difficult; I cannot begin to fathom how much more she misses her mom during such moments.
It was not an easy road for Jade to get where she is now as a champion. Her mother died last year following a long battle with cancer. So, winning this title has got to mean everything for her considering that there will be no celebrations from mama bear up above tonight
I found out that Bailey Quinn is the name of Jade’s daughter too. After the game, she said in a media interview that she wishes to become an example for her child and all other children. The way she said it lets us know that being a good role model really means everything to her.
Bianca and Jade are such empowering women in WWE. Most of their careers have been spent apart from each other as singles competitors so it was a shock when they joined forces and won this championship together. I can’t wait to see what they do now that they’re champions.
The match wasn’t flawless, there were some botches but that’s fine because nobody is perfect. The only thing that matters is who wins at the end and in this case it was Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. It just proves that even if things don’t go according to plan you can still come out on top if you stay determined and work hard enough – never give up.
In all honesty, I am absolutely thrilled for Jade Cargill. This victory is only the first of many for her and I’m excited to see what she does next in WWE. She’s not just a champion inside the squared circle either, but outside of it as well. That is such an inspiration.
