Lately, I've been craving a different kind of drink. Something not just fruit based but also healthy and nutritious
This drink came from pure curiosity. I had no idea how it wound turn out;I just wanted to experiment with eggs in a drink and see what kind of magic might happen.
From a health perspective, it's high in protein,thanks to the eggs and milk. It's also creamy and rich in texture. Taste wise, I wouldn't say it's extremely delicious but I'd give it a solid 9.2/10
Here are the steps I took to make this drink:
Ingredients needed
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 meduim-sized cucumber
- 1 cup of diluted milk
Preparation steps
First, I peeled the eggs and set aside. (I bought an already cooked eggs)
I peeled the cucumbers, sliced them in round shapes and set aside.
1 added both the eggs and my cucumber into the blender. Poured in the glass of milk.
I blend till it's smooth, rich and creamy.
5 I poured into a glass and enjoyed.
This drink came out creamy, tasty and nourishing. It's beautiful and well balanced. I prefer to call it my protein milk shake with a little twist and that's all thanks to the egg and milk in it.
Like I said, it's my first time trying this recipe, so if am asked, "will you loved to try it again?". I would gladly say yes.
