Chapman is a refreshing, citrus and slightly bitter-sweet homemade cocktail. It can be enjoyed at house parties, restaurant or casually at home with your loved ones.it is the best drink for cooling off in hot weather
Today, I want to show you a homemade refreshing cocktail suitable for house parties and small get together with friends.
It is a drink that is both refreshing, flavourful and also satisfying especially when served chilled.
This glass of Chapman is prepared by mixing some bottles soft drinks with a little quantity of alcohol. We also add lime or lemon because it helps to elevate the taste.
This drink can also be prepared for children but it isn't advisable to add alcohol to the ones meant for children, rather you can add more lime or lemon to it.
I'll be sharing the procedure and ingredients of making this drink below.
This ingredients below is enough for 4 adult.
1 bottle of Pepsi 50cl
1 bottle of 7cup 50cl
1 sachet of action bitter or alomo bitter
2lime (you can use lemon)
1 big cucumber (I didn't use all)
You can prepare it in a bowl and then distribute it in the glasses or you can prepare it directly in the glass cup. I prepared mine directly and heres how I made it.
I started by pouring the same quantity of both drinks into a glass cup (the 7up and the Pepsi)
I bought them chilled,I didn't bother adding ice again.
Then gradually, I added the same Quantity of the action bitter to each cup. I added approximately 1 tablespoon each.this is to reduce the sweetness of the 7UP and the Pepsi and also add a bit of alcoholic taste to it because not everyone likes soft drinks.
Now I sliced my lime into two , I squeezed half into both cups . I sliced the other half into two and threw it into the cups.

I then washed my cucumber , sliced it in round shapes and used it to garnished the drink. You can add banana or any fruit of your choice.
Now my cup of chapman cocktail is ready, chilled and refreshing. At this point,you can add ice cubes but like I told you before, the bottle of 7up drink and pepsi was bought chilled.
I love this combination,it has this bitter -sweet taste and a touch of alcohol. It is very nice and refreshing. It is best drank during the sunny weather, in a beach, with your loved ones.
