Hello everyone in this community of #AmazingDrinks today I want to share with you a delicious hot chocolate that I made in my house to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of my husband which we usually do a rosary at home where the closest relatives come and it is customary usually to distribute this type of drink accompanied by bread rolls cakes cookies or cakes in order with what they like to accompany and so today here I present how I made this delicious hot chocolate for 30 people
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLHola a todos en esta comunidad de #AmazingDrinks hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un delicioso chocolate caliente que realicé en mi casa por conmemorarse los 10 años del fallecimiento de mi esposo lo cual acostumbramos hacer un rosario en casa donde acuden los familiares más cercanos y se acostumbra por lo general al repartir este tipo de bebida acompañada de panecillos tortas galletas o pasteles en fin con lo les guste acompañar y por eso hoy aquí le presento como hice este rico chocolate caliente para 30 personas

the ingredients used were
half a kilo of powdered milk
200 g cocoa powder
200 g corn starch
1 kg of sugar
100 g of clove spice
a teaspoon of salt
For the preparation of this chocolate I first proceeded in the following way I put to boil in a small pot the cloves, spices and cinnamon and then strain and add everything in another pot with the chocolate powder along with the water and sugar until it starts to boil while one in the blender the cornstarch with the milk and add it to the pot in cooking and stir continuously until it thickens and stir until it boils.
los ingredientes utilizar fueron
medio kilo de leche en polvo
200 g de cacao en polvo
200 g de fécula de maíz
1 kg de azúcar
100 g de clavo especie
una cucharadita de sal
Para la preparación de este chocolate primero procedí de la siguiente manera puse a hervir en una olla pequeña los clavos especies y la canela para luego colar y agregar todo en una otra olla con el chocolate en polvo junto con el agua y el azúcar hasta que vaya a comenzar a hervir mientras uno en la licuadora la maicena con la leche y agregarla a la olla en cocción y revolver continuamente hasta que vaya espesando y revolver hasta llegar a hervir

para una vez que hirviera se apagara y se dejara reposar para servirlo tibio con estas medidas me salieron 30 vasos de chocolate de 8 onzas cada uno es muy bueno acompañarlo con galletitas me quedo muy rico, Estoy muy agradecido a las personas que asistieron a esta conmemoración y que quedaron encantadas con mi chocolate y pidieron más porque estaba muy sabroso, lo acompañé con unos deliciosos pasteles de carne.
