Hello dear drinks lovers.
In today's drink edition we have another spectacular combination that I'm sure you might find interesting.
Ok this was experimental for me, I decided to see how avocado and watermelon will taste in one cup, the last one I did was with coconut so this time I decided to not add coconut to it. And well I did it and I'll share with you all.
So I only used:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 slice of watermelon
- A little water for blending

So for easy blending I cut them in smaller chunks

Next I tossed them all into the blender, added a little water and set it to blend properly

After that the amazing smoothie was ready. Yes it was amazing, even though I didn't add any sweetener, it tasted really natural and nice.
It was a nice experiment that I didn't regret doing. It is a really healthy choices the taste is not bad and I liked the sweetness of the watermelon in it.
Beyond the taste, this combination also has a lot of health benefits. Avocado is rich in healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins like E, K, and B6, which are great for your heart, skin, and digestion. Watermelon, on the other hand, is hydrating and packed with antioxidants like vitamin C, which help fight inflammation and keep you feeling refreshed so this smoothie is definitely worth a try. Very simple to make and truly satisfying for any time of the day too.
