Friends of #AmazingDrinks, a pleasure to share with you, this is my first post in the community, I want to tell you, that since a month ago, I am on a new diet, which has led me to eat as healthy as possible, I have been limited to not eating certain foods, as well as some fruits, it is time to adapt, and seek to solve with what we can.
Since I am in this healthy stage, I have seen many videos, recommendations of Detox type drinks, to cleanse our body of those harmful toxins, which is why today I bring you this little cocktail hahaha, based on Carrot and lemon.
This drink is said to help with fluid retention and to purify our body, it is a great nutrient, I have taken it several times, it is very rich and as I said nutritious.
For this drink, I only used:
- 1 Carrot
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

Amigos de #AmazingDrinks, un gusto compartir con ustedes, este es mi primer post en la comunidad, quiero contarles, que desde hace un mes, estoy en una nueva dieta, lo cual me ha llevado a comer lo más saludable posible, me he visto limitada a no consumir ciertos alimentos, asi como algunas frutas, toca adaptarnos, y buscar resolver con lo que podemos.
Desde que estoy en esta etapa saludable, he visto muchos videos, recomendaciones de bebidas tipo Detox, para limpiar nuestro organismo, de esas toxinas dañinas, es por ello, que hoy les traigo este pequeño coctelito jajaja, a base de Zanahoria y limón.
Esta bebida dicen que sirve para ayudar con la retención de líquidos y a depurar nuestro organismo, es un gran nutriente, yo le he tomado, varias veces, es muy rico y como dije nutritivo.
Para esta bebida, solo utilicé:
- 1 Zanahoria
- 1 Limón
- 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma

First grate the carrot, some people cut it into small pieces, it is to everyone's taste, I prefer to grate it, once this is done, take my lemon, I cut it in half; then I take the measure of a glass of water, to pour it into the blender, and with this, I add the grated carrot, squeeze the lemon, and finally the small teaspoon of turmeric, which is also highly recommended, because it contains anti-inflammatory properties.
Now with this, we turn on our blender, and to beat, and ready, we strain it, sometimes I strain it, other times I take it like this, they say that it is better to take it without straining it, but well, to each one's taste.

Para su preparación:
Primero ralle la zanahoria, algunos lo cortan en trocitos, es a gusto de cada quien, yo prefiero rayarla, una vez hecho esto, tome mi limón, lo pico por la mitad; luego tomo la medida de un vaso de agua, para echarlo en la licuadora, ya con esto, agrego la zanahoria rayada, exprimo el limón, y por último la pequeña cucharadita de cúrcuma, la cual también es muy recomendable, porque contiene propiedades antiinflamatorias.
Ya con esto, encendemos nuestra licuadora, y a batir, ya listo, lo colamos, a veces yo lo cuelo, otras veces me lo tomo asi, dicen que mejor es tomarlo sin colarlo, pero bueno, a gusto de cada uno.

Now that our drink is ready, all that's left is to add some ice, or if you want to put it in the fridge to cool it down, I wanted to drink it at once, to refresh myself 😜.
I recommend it 100%, it is a very tasty drink, as you can see, without any sugar, this kind of drinks are not sweetened at all, you have to drink it like this, in its natural state.

Ya con nuestra bebida, lista, ya solo queda agregarle un poco de hielo, o si quieren lo mete en la nevera, para que se enfríe, yo quería tomármelo de una vez, para refrescarme.😜
Se los recomiendo al 100%, es una bebida muy rica, como ven, sin nada de azúcar, a este tipo de bebidas no se les endulza, para nada, hay que beberlo asi, al natural.
