Greetings Everyone!!! My first post in this community. So What’s up? All good for today? What are you craving?! Let’s dive into fresh ideas! A smoothie to give you that boost and refreshing one.
As I finished all my household chores, this comes into my mind. I wanted to have a refreshing drink. I immediately went to our fruit basket to check what’s on it. Oh! I saw a dragon fruit, picked it up and envision what else I can mix with it. Here’s my simple smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 piece Dragon fruit
1 cup Berry mix juice
1 tablespoon Honey
Procedure:
Peel the Dragon fruit and slice into cubes. Put it on the blender, then add 1 cup of berry mix juice and 1 tablespoon of Honey. Blend it all together until it becomes smooth. Then pour it in your favorite glass and Bingo!!! You take a sip of a fierce flavorful smoothie.
Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit that burst with health benefits. Its vibrant color of pink or yellow skin are unique, the flesh inside maybe red or white with tiny black seeds. Berry mix are blend of berries and grapes nectar. Berries are small pulpy fruit. It can be sweet, sour or tart. Grapes botanically a berry. Honey is a sweet sticky substance by several species of bees.
This is not just a smoothie, this blend offers refreshing nutrient drink that can hydrate, nourish and energize our body. Packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, vitamin C, K , Potassium and fibers. This also helps boost our immune system, support our digestion, promotes healthy skin improve heart condition and support bone health.
Me and my husband was very happy with the smoothie I make. An ideal treat after doing all the chores, allowing us to replenished the energy and enjoy this simple and nourishing benefits smoothie.
