We evolved to walk @ruffatotmeee and no wonder your emotions cooled when you walk around and watched the beautiful flowers. Walking is a therapy and this is one of our ancestor's habit and they even walk everyday 2 km. I am glad you know how to calm yourself and so happy to know you are completely aware of how your mood gradually changes. It is you who can control them and don't let them control you or else danger will occur. Nature helps us soothe our mind and upon reading your blog I realized how important nature is in our well-being.
