Really awesome review! And I love the link between beer and exercise (electrolyte replenishment). NEIPA is also gaining traction here in South Africa, even though they don’t always call it that. They brew IPAs and I can definitely taste the NEIPA influence. I am so jealous of the beers, as they look awesome! Nice that you went from light to heavy, as we did a beer tasting this afternoon in which they did not stack the beers like this. Anyways, awesome write up! Enjoy.
