Todos los meses realizamos los primeros cinco días el informe de gestión del mes anterior, los avances significativos que cada departamento ha tenido, sus logros, sus incidencias, sus debilidades y fortalezas. Desde noviembre lo han estado implementando, es una manera de evaluar a cada departamento su avance y crecimiento a groso modo.
Every month we make the first five days the management report of the previous month, the significant progress that each department has had, its achievements, its incidences, its weaknesses and strengths. Since November they have been implementing it, it is a way to evaluate each department's progress and growth.
El mes de enero lo presentamos bastante tarde porque surgieron unas novedades con uno de los departamentos y la gerencia estaba tratando ese tema, así que no se pudo consolidar a la fecha indicada la entrega del informe de manera presencial, ya que, de igual forma, siempre lo enviamos vía correo.
In January we submitted it quite late because some new developments arose with one of the departments and the management was dealing with that issue, so it was not possible to consolidate the delivery of the report in person on the indicated date, since we always send it by mail.
Al principio, debo de confesarlas que me daba bastante miedo, nervio, inseguridad, y ansiedad, ya que lo presentamos delante de los coordinadores de cada área y la gerencia, ellos tienen la oportunidad cuando terminamos de agregar o preguntar, o incluso hacer observaciones y sugerencia referente a lo presentado.
At the beginning, I must confess that I was quite scared, nervous, insecure, and anxious, since we presented it in front of the coordinators of each area and the management, they have the opportunity when we finish to add or ask questions, or even make observations and suggestions regarding what was presented.
Pero esta es mi tercera vez, y la verdad que, sentí que me fue muy muy bien, cada mes avanzo un poco más y me he desenvuelto muy bien, además que siempre trato en el transcurso del mes ir anotando y llenando las plantillas en Power Point para que no se me acumule todo el trabajo para el final.
But this is my third time, and the truth is that I felt that it went very very well, every month I advance a little more and I have done very well, plus I always try in the course of the month to write down and fill out the templates in Power Point so that I do not accumulate all the work for the end.
Me parece muy bien esta iniciativa ya que es una manera de nosotros mismo ver lo que hemos avanzado y lo que tenemos que mejorar, ya que, por supuesto en el diario de los días, los pendientes, el trabajo y el estrés no podemos ver con claridad las incidencias que a lo largo del mes se nos presentan.
I think this initiative is very good because it is a way for us to see what we have advanced and what we have to improve, since, of course, in the daily routine of the days, the pending, the work and the stress, we cannot see clearly the incidents that arise during the month.
Además, que, me gustan esos días porque es una mañana totalmente distinta, ya que no son en las instalaciones de la empresa, en esta oportunidad nos llevaron a Litoral Suites, un hotel ubicado en playa grande, que cuenta con instalaciones muy bonitas, dentro de las cuales está el área de sala de conferencia, un espacio con sillas, mesas y video beam para reproducir tus presentaciones.
In addition, I like those days because it is a totally different morning, since they are not in the company's facilities, this time we were taken to Litoral Suites, a hotel located in Playa Grande, which has very nice facilities, among which is the conference room area, a space with chairs, tables and video beam to play your presentations.
Llegamos a las 8:00 am al lugar, iniciaron las presentaciones hasta las 09:30, y bajamos a desayunar, luego subimos nuevamente y continuaron hasta las 2:30 pm ya que éramos varios, de ahí retornamos a la compañía para continuar con nuestra jornada laboral. Agradecida con cada una de las oportunidades que tengo, y que Dios me coloca, sé que cada una de ellas son de aprendizaje, experiencia y crecimiento.
We arrived at 8:00 am to the place, the presentations began until 09:30 am, and we went down to have breakfast, then we went up again and continued until 2:30 pm since there were several of us, from there we returned to the company to continue with our workday. Grateful for each of the opportunities that I have, and that God places me, I know that each of them are learning, experience and growth.
