Today is one of those days where I just want to lie in bed doing absolutely nothing, but duty calls and I had to wash, fix and order certain things, besides, I had to make lunch for tomorrow since the work routine starts again and I have to leave everything ready to make things a little easier for myself.
A pesar de mi poca energía no quería dejar de compartir con ustedes unas foticos de lo que fue el aniversario de la compañía en donde trabajo… La empresa, según las charlas y conversatorios que hemos tenido tiene 54 años, bastante tiempo, y los dueños son españoles, básicamente los padres de mi jefa, ellos se vinieron hace muchos años a Venezuela, y empezaron desde cero, poco a poco, primero vendían puros lácteos, y después fueron surgiendo e incorporando muchos más productos para su crecimiento y expansión.

Actualmente tienen una gran cantidad de productos, comida, pasteurizados, refrigerados, chucherías, artículos de limpieza y cuidado personal, han crecido bastante en los últimos años, destacando que yo apenas tengo dos años y algunos meses y cuando yo llegué definitivamente no existía ni la mitad de los productos que tienen a la venta actualmente, tienen alianzas incluso con proveedores como lo son la reconocida marca Mary. En fin, quise compartirles esto a modo de resumen.

El compartir fue bastante agradable, la verdad. Fue en un Bar/Restaurant, cerca de donde yo vivo, colocaron un autobús para que nos fueran a buscar y nos llevaran también a cada uno a su destino, el horario era comprendido de 4:00 pm a 08:00 pm, cada área tenia su mesa reservada, y cuando entramos nos recibieron con unos cocteles de bienvenida.
The sharing was quite pleasant, to be honest. It was in a Bar/Restaurant, near where I live, they placed a bus to pick us up and take us to our destination, the schedule was from 4:00 pm to 08:00 pm, each area had a reserved table, and when we entered we were greeted with a welcome cocktail.
Colocaron un video bastante emotivo, donde resaltan un poco la historia de la empresa, los trabajadores más antiguos, y dieron espacio a un momento de reconocimiento dirigido por la gerencia, en modo de gratitud a todas aquellas personas que han estado laborando por más de cinco años.

Había música en vivo a cargo de una chica con una voz espectacular, en varias ocasiones nos paramos para hacer karaoke y por supuesto echar un pie jaja, como decimos aquí, es decir, bailar. Yo me fui con una ropa bastante cómoda, un pantalón de cuerina como color beige, un body tipo suéter negro, y unos botines, algo casual, pero siento que iba con el estilo, la ocasión y el lugar.
There was live music by a girl with a spectacular voice, on several occasions we stopped to do karaoke and of course to dance. I went with a pretty comfortable outfit, a beige leather pants, a black sweater type bodysuit, and some booties, something casual, but I feel that it went with the style, the occasion and the place.
Estuvieron repartiendo varios pasapalos, y al final del compartir picaron una torta y dieron unas palabras de agradecimiento por parte de la directiva, todo estuvo muy lindo, y fue un espacio distinto para compartir, y conversar, ya que normalmente siempre estamos bajo el estrés y la rutina del trabajo, estos espacios siempre son oportunidades para conocer y conversar un poco más con nuestros compañeros.
They were handing out various snacks, and at the end of the sharing they had a cake and gave a few words of thanks from the board, everything was very nice, and it was a different space to share and talk, since normally we are always under the stress and routine of work, these spaces are always opportunities to meet and talk a little more with our colleagues.
