Hola queridos amigos ¡feliz lunes! espero que esta sea una estupenda semana, que todo fluya manera positiva, e iniciemos con buena energía después de estas mini vacaciones de carnaval. Por mi parte quiero compartirles lo que fue la mañana del hoy.
Resulta que suelo ir al gimnasio en las tardes, pero estos días ( lunes y martes) decidieron dar las clases en la mañana, Luisa, quien trabajo conmigo hace años en la clínica, me escribió para ir juntas a la clase de la primera hora, 8 am así que m3 animé a ir.
La rutina de hoy fue dirigida hacia tren superior hombros y bíceps, de verdad que estuvo super animado el ambiente, nos divertimos bastante, no se sintió tan pesado el trabajo, la música estuvo buenísima colocaron samba, cada una de las chicas y el entrenador con sus ocurrencias, la pasamos genial.
Al final armaron un set para tomarnos fotos con motivos de carnavales, habían sombreros de bruja, collares, corona de reina, máscaras.estuvo súper agradable el momento, la energía y el ambiente estuvo fenomenal. Les comparto aalginas gotis que capturé amigos, es todo por hoy. Les envío un gran abrazo, nos vemos en el próximo post 🤗 ❤️
Hello dear friends, happy Monday! I hope this is a great week, that everything flows in a positive way, and that we start with good energy after this mini carnival vacation. For my part I want to share with you what today's morning was like.
It turns out that I usually go to the gym in the afternoons, but these days (Monday and Tuesday) they decided to give the classes in the morning, Luisa, who has worked with me for years at the clinic, wrote me to go together to the first hour class, 8 am so I decided to go.
Today's routine was directed towards upper body, shoulders and biceps, the atmosphere was really lively, we had a lot of fun, the work didn't feel so heavy, the music was great, they played samba, each one of the girls and the trainer with their witticisms, we had a great time.
At the end they set up a set to take pictures of us with carnival motifs, there were witch hats, necklaces, queen's crown, masks, etc. It was a very nice moment, the energy and the atmosphere was great.
