El día de hoy queremos contarles de nuestra primera participación en una Feria de Arte.
El pasado 25 de noviembre fuimos invitados a la "Feria Itinerante de Arte 4" que dirigen nuestros amigos del Club 33.
El evento es una mezcla de talentos, emprendimientos, arte, música y muchísimas cosas más.
Nuestros niños prepararon pinturas para exponer ese día y también llevamos materiales para ofrecer clases de arte en vivo.

Today we want to tell you about our first participation in an Art Fair.
On the 25th of November we were invited to the "Travelling Art Fair 4" run by our friends from Club 33.
The event is a mix of talents, entrepreneurship, art, music and much more.
Our children prepared paintings to exhibit that day and we also brought materials to offer live art classes.
Para este evento teníamos muchísimas expectativas que realmente no fueron cumplidas, pero nos quedamos con una bonita experiencia y para los niños fue algo totalmente nuevo.
Después de un rato adentro de la sala donde nos habían ubicado, decidimos salir a explorar el lugar e indagar un poco entre los emprendimientos que estuvieron presentes durante toda la feria.
Habían muchísimos y cada uno era totalmente diferente al otro.
Los que más llamaron nuestra atención fueron estos de crochet, accesorios bonitos y diferentes, y algunos de repostería.
We had a lot of expectations for this event that were not really fulfilled, but we were left with a nice experience and for the children it was something totally new.
After a while inside the room where we were located, we decided to go out to explore the place and investigate a bit among the enterprises that were present throughout the fair.
There were so many and each one was totally different from the other.
The ones that caught our attention the most were these crochet, beautiful and different accessories, and some pastries.
El calor, como siempre en la ciudad, era bastante insoportable así que decidimos volver al salón.
Los niños para distraerse tomaron los materiales y comenzaron a realizar pinturas y dibujos.
Este espacio también lo compartíamos con los chicos que tatuaban y nuestra directora decidió realizarse unos.
The heat, as always in the city, was quite unbearable so we decided to go back to the classroom.
The children took the materials to distract themselves and began to paint and draw.
This space was also shared with the children who were tattooing and our director decided to have some tattoos done.
En este salón se daría una conferencia con una artista reconocida de la ciudad que hablaría de su experiencia trabajando en el mundo del arte, por eso decidieron colocar varias pinturas alrededor de las paredes a modo de decoración para la ocasión.
Todas estaban lindísimas, así que les tomamos algunas fotos mientras los niños las apreciaban.
In this room there would be a conference with a well-known artist from the city who would talk about her experience working in the art world, so they decided to put several paintings around the walls as decoration for the occasion.
They were all beautiful, so we took some pictures of them while the children were appreciating them.
Después de esto, se nos acercaron dos chicos para las sesiones de arte y nosotros estábamos llenos de alegría de saber que por fin, teníamos la oportunidad de realizar eso que tanto habíamos promocionado.
Los muchachos realizaron unas pinturas totalmente libres mientras las maestras los observaban y los orientaban un poco. Estaban muy emocionados de realizar estás pinturas y uno de ellos nos comenzó a enseñar todos sus trabajos.
Era diseñador de ropa y quería aprender a dibujar para poder mejorar sus bocetos y crear mejores looks.
After this, we were approached by two boys for the art sessions and we were overjoyed to know that at last, we had the opportunity to do what we had promoted so much.
The boys did some totally free paintings while the teachers watched them and gave them some guidance. They were very excited to do these paintings and one of them started to show us all his work.
He was a clothing designer and wanted to learn how to draw so he could improve his sketches and create better looks.
Nuestros niñas seguían pintando y coloreando. Aman pintar, en todo momento tienen una idea que quieren plasmar en papel y eso no encanta.
Siempre que tenemos oportunidad fuera de la clases los dejamos expresar libremente su arte y drenar su talento sin límites.
Our girls were still painting and colouring. They love to paint, they always have an idea that they want to put on paper and they love that.
Whenever we have the opportunity outside of class we let them express their art freely and let their talent run wild.
Muchos de los niños tuvieron que retirarse con anticipación pues vivían lejos del lugar, otros tenían compromisos y el resto estaba ya fastidiado.
Salimos nuevamente al área de emprendimientos a disfrutar un poco de la música y de una sesión fotográfica que realizaban en vivo.
Aprovechamos de tomar unas fotos las maestras juntas mientras los niños seguían explorando el lugar y conociendo personas.
Many of the children had to leave early as they lived far from the venue, others had commitments and the rest of the children were already tired.
We went back out to the enterprise area to enjoy some music and a live photo session.
We took the opportunity to take some photos of the teachers together while the children continued to explore the place and meet people.
A pesar de no ser lo que esperábamos, fue una experiencia bonita, nueva y agradable. Conocimos nuevas personas, nuevos talentos, pasamos una tarde diferente, llena de arte y diversidad.
Although it was not what we expected, it was a nice, new and pleasant experience. We met new people, new talents, we spent a different afternoon, full of art and diversity.
