- 30 maravillosos dΓas compartiendo con ustedes, gracias ppr tanto #hive, su apoyo en mis blog me a animado mucho a seguir por mas dΓas.
Agradecida esa seria mi frase para hoy, agradezco el aire en mis pulmones, mi corazΓ³n β€οΈ latiendo y por supuesto por los 30 dΓas que he logrado comiendo mejor.
Mi Diario de Cumplemes DΓa 30 estuvo asΓ:

ππππΌπ₯ 08:00am π« TΓ© de Flor de Jamaica, con mi colΓ‘geno, vinagre de manzana y vitamina D.
ππππΌπ₯ 09:00am π§Jugo verde refrescante y delicioso de chayote y limon.
ππππΌπ₯ 11:00am π΄ Desayuno huevos pericos (revueltos) con fruta de papaya.
ππππΌπ₯ 01:00pm π½οΈ AlmorcΓ© menudencias de pollo como corazones, mollejas y hΓgados acompaΓ±ados de tostones y ensalada fresca.
ππππΌπ₯ 04:00pm π§ De merienda gelatina de uva con banana deliciosa.
ππππΌπ₯ 07:00pm π₯£ Cene una deliciosa y rica avena calienta con canela que me encanta a todo le da buen sabor.
Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.
Quiero comentarles que este dΓa mi menΓΊ me encanto y me sentΓ mas saciada que en otros dΓas con mis alimentos, los corazones de pollo me encantan su textura es deliciosa, la avena caliente me reconforta tanto es como un mimo su olor, caliente y cremosa. la gelatina siempre mantengo en el refrigerador de varios sabores para mis meriendas.
Siempre me mantengo tomando agua en el dΓa, mas cuando voy al gimnasio, es muy bueno mantenerme hidratada, tambiΓ©n tomo vitaminas para mantenerme con mas energΓa.
Cuenten que les pareciΓ³ este dΓa de comidas amigos?

Thankful would be my phrase for today. I'm thankful for the air in my lungs, my heart β€οΈ beating, and of course for the 30 days I've achieved by eating better.
My 30th Birthday Diary looked like this:

ππππΌπ₯ 8:00 a.m. π« Hibiscus flower tea, with my collagen, apple cider vinegar, and vitamin D.
ππππΌπ₯ 9:00 a.m. π§Refreshing and delicious green chayote and lemon juice.
ππππΌπ₯ 11:00 a.m. π΄ I had scrambled eggs with papaya fruit for breakfast.
ππππΌπ₯ 1:00 pm π½οΈ I had chicken giblets for lunch, including hearts, gizzards, and livers, accompanied by tostones and a fresh salad.
ππππΌπ₯ 4:00 pm π§ For a snack, I had delicious grape and banana jelly.
ππππΌπ₯ 7:00 pm π₯£ I had a delicious, warm oatmeal with cinnamon for dinner. I love it, it gives everything a good flavor.
Our body is our temple, we must take care of it and love it.
I want to tell you that I loved my menu today and felt more satisfied than on other days with my meals. I love the chicken hearts, their texture is delicious, and the hot oatmeal is so comforting; its warm, creamy smell is like a treat. I always keep several flavors of gelatin in the refrigerator for my snacks.
I always drink water throughout the day, especially when I go to the gym. It's great to stay hydrated. I also take vitamins to keep me energized.
