Every once in a while I clean my photo gallery and make a backup on my computer of the ones I want to keep, and the ones I don't, I delete them so they don't accumulate and fill up my phone's memory. As part of this process I came across some photos when I went paragliding that I wanted to share with you here.
Sin duda, este fue uno de mis sueños cumplidos, lograr realizarlo me llenó el corazón de gratitud y de orgullo. Y todo fue de manera casual, ya que en mi mente y en mi corazón siempre he querido realizarlo, pero no tenia el dinero, porque siempre ha sido costoso. Y por casualidad, sacaron un concurso, y yo participé, cosa rara porque casi nunca quiero participar en ese tipo de dinámica, y resulta que gané yo.
Undoubtedly, this was one of my dreams fulfilled, achieving it filled my heart with gratitude and pride. And it was all by chance, because in my mind and in my heart I have always wanted to do it, but I didn't have the money, because it has always been expensive. And by chance, they had a contest, and I participated, which is strange because I almost never want to participate in that kind of dynamic, and it turns out that I won.
La felicidad no me entraba en el pecho cuando anunciaron los ganadores, fue por medio de la red social tik tok que lo anunciaron y yo super emocionada. Sé que fue Dios contestando uno de mis anhelados sueños. Lo que sentí estando en el aire es indescriptible, la felicidad, la vista tan espectacular, los colores, todo se ve super nítido y vivo desde las alturas, además que, no sentí ni un poquito de miedo, yo tenia tanta paz y me sentía tranquila y segura de que todo iba a salir bien.
I was so happy when they announced the winners, it was through the social network tik tok that they announced it and I was super excited. I know it was God answering one of my longed dreams. What I felt being in the air is indescribable, the happiness, the spectacular view, the colors, everything looks super clear and alive from the heights, besides, I did not feel even a little bit of fear, I had so much peace and I felt calm and confident that everything was going to be fine.
Fue increíble y sí, volvería a realizarlo, porque la experiencia es muy linda, sentí que duró muy poquito, y es que, cuando uno está haciendo algo que ama el tiempo se te pasa super rápido. Pero, me llena de satisfacción ver esas fotos y decir: ¡Lo hice, lo logré! Y de la manera en la que se dio, fue más maravilloso aún y de bendición para mi vida.
It was incredible and yes, I would do it again, because the experience is very nice, I felt that it lasted very little, and when you are doing something you love, time goes by super fast. But, it fills me with satisfaction to see those photos and say: I did it, I did it! And the way it happened, it was even more wonderful and a blessing for my life.
