It depends a bit on what you want to do with the drone, and what is important (photo/video, or fun flying), also, where would you fly it, and what budget?
I'd recommend the DJI Mini 3 Pro for starters, pretty stable, pretty good image quality, pretty reasonably priced, can be used in cities, and has some obstacle avoidance.
If money is not an issue, and you'll mainly fly outside the centers, go for something larger, such as the DJI Air3s. Full obstacle avoidance, high quality camera, stable as a bird!
If you want something more fun, less camera quality, practical and cheap, go for the DJI NEO, it has no obstacle avoidance, but it is cheap and fun, and can be flown as an FPV (with the thingy on your head and a joystick ;-) )
