El amor siempre tiene un impacto positivo en nuestra vida, a nivel mental, emocional, físico, fortalece nuestra autoestima, libera una sensación de bienestar y plenitud, además que, contrarresta el estrés. Siento que, el hecho de amar, a unos se nos facilita más que a otros, también depende mucho de la manera que fuimos amados en nuestra niñez, eso representa en cómo expresamos el amor hacia los demás e incluso a nosotros mismos.
Y por supuesto, todo lo expresamos de diversos lenguajes y maneras, cuando aprendemos a amarnos y a amar, creamos vínculos fuertes y nos sentimos mucho más plenos y felices, y también fomentamos relaciones significativas socialmente de manera afectiva, esto también nos ayudan como pilares cuando atravesamos temporadas difíciles.
Se ha subestimado bastante el amor, y también siento que se ha dejado a un lado, hoy en día es mucho más importante ciertas cosas… además que, hay un miedo arraigado a no abrirme, a no experimentarlo, a no sentir demasiado por miedo a que me fallen, a que me hieran, pero, es parte de la vida, y a mi en lo personal me da más miedo, siempre quedarme en el mismo lugar, y no desarrollar ese sentimiento tan hermoso por miedo. El amor nos salva en una sociedad como esta, el amor nos eleva, nos fortalece, es una emoción poderosa que tiene la capacidad de transformar nuestras vidas y darle un giro totalmente inesperado y desconocido. Y, amando, llegan a nuestra vida y ponemos más en práctica la empatía, la compasión, la bondad, la humanidad que nos caracteriza y nos hace ser quienes somos.
