Hello, how are you? I recently discovered this community and after reading some posts, I realized that it is very fun, so I'm getting ready to share with you my first post in this community, following my adventures playing one of the games I like the most and probably many of you too, I'm talking about The Sims 4. I have always liked the sims because it allows you to lead a virtual life and it is fun to see the funny things that happen to the characters. In this case I played with the “The Sims 4 Dine Out Game Pack” expansion which allows me to create and manage my own restaurant. This promised to be a lot of fun.

Hace poco tiempo descubrí esta comunidad y luego de leer algunos post, me di cuenta que es muy divertida, así que ya mismo me preparo para compartir con ustedes mi primer post en esta comunidad, siguiendo mis aventuras jugando uno de los juegos que más me gustan y que probablemente a muchos de ustedes también, me refiero a Los sims 4. Siempre me han gustado los sims porque te permite llevar una vida virtual y resulta muy divertido ver las cosas graciosas que les ocurre a los personajes. En este caso yo jugué con la expansión "Escapada Gourmet" la cuál me permite crear y administrar mi propio restaurante. Esto prometía ser muy divertido.
Meet Cordelia, she is a vampire girl who has just bought a restaurant, for now she doesn't have a very defined concept but she does know what kind of people she will receive in it. It is an exclusive place that will only receive distinguished people and celebrities, but this is a very daring decision because obviously the diners will be very demanding and because the restaurant is just starting the staff she can hire is not the best. For now she hired a man named Naoki Okada, because among all the applicants he was the one with the best skills (only one point in cooking and one in cocktail making) 🤦♀ but it could have been worse, the rest only had one point in cocktail making and nothing in cooking, she is supposed to need someone who knows how to cook.
Les presento a Cordelia, ella es una chica vampiresa que acaba de comprar un restaurante, por ahora no tiene un concepto muy definido pero sí sabe a qué tipo de personas recibirá en él. Es un lugar exclusivo que solo recibirá a personas distinguidas y celebridades, pero esta es una decisión muy osada porque obviamente los comensales serán muy exigentes y debido a que el restaurante está iniciando el personal que ella puede contratar no es el mejor. Por ahora contrató a un hombre llamado Naoki Okada, pues entre todos los aspirantes era el que tenía mejores habilidades (solo un punto en cocina y otro en coctelería) 🤦♀ pero pudo ser peor, el resto solo tenían un punto en coctelería y nada en cocina, se supone que ella necesita alguien que sepa cocinar.
I love that it is also possible to choose the employees' uniforms, the benefits they will receive and the dress codes that diners should wear 😍.
Me encanta que también es posible elegir los uniformes de los empleados, los beneficios que recibirán y los códigos de vestimenta que deben lucir los comensales 😍
Cordelia can also choose what kind of dishes, as well as hot and cold drinks, as well as the mocktails and cocktails to be served in her restaurant, however she must be very careful when choosing and take into account the skills of her employees, she should not choose too complex drinks or dishes if her personality does not have enough skill points.
Cordelia también puede elegir que tipo de platos, así como bebidas frías y calientes, así como los mocktails y cocteles que se servirán en su restaurante, sin embargo debe ser muy cuidadosa a la hora de elegir y tomar en cuenta las habilidades de sus empleados, ella no debería elegir bebidas o platillos demasiado complejos si su personalidad no tiene suficientes puntos de habilidad.
Well, the first diner has arrived, and to be a good hostess Cordelia wants to make sure that he is very well taken care of, that his order has already been taken and that he is happy. This is very important because it depends on the experience that each customer will rate the restaurant. We don't want bad reviews, do we?

And more people keep coming in. See that guy in the white jacket, glasses and red pants? He's a celebrity, a very famous actor in that town, so Cordelia wanted to make sure everything was okay.
Y siguen llegando más personas ¿Ven a ese tipo de chaqueta blanca, lentes y pantalones rojos? es una celebridad, un actor muy famoso en esa ciudad, así que Cordelia quiso asegurarse de que todo estuviese bien.
Everything was going very well, but for a moment Cordelia panicked when the microwave oven stopped working. It was vitally important to use it and there was no one else who could handle the job, so she set about repairing it herself.
Todo iba muy bien pero por un momento Cordelia entró en pánico cuando el horno de microondas dejó de funcionar. Era de vital importancia usarlo y no había nadie más que pudiera encargarse de ese trabajo, así que ella misma se puso manos a la obra y comenzó a repararlo.
A great actress has just arrived, to make you understand she is something like the Meryl Streep or the Maggie Smith of the sims universe, the star above her head indicates that she is a diner, however she should not be orange but golden yellow, being orange indicates that she has been waiting too long for her order, and as far as I can see, the diner sitting at the back table is in the same condition. Anyway Cordelia is very astute, so she knew how to solve the inconvenience by offering her a dessert as a courtesy of the house.
Acaba de llegar una gran actriz, para que lo entiendan ella es algo así como la Meryl Streep o la Maggie Smith del universo de los sims, la estrella sobre su cabeza indica que es una comensal, sin embargo no debería estar naranja sino amarillo dorado, al estar naranja indica que ha estado esperando demasiado tiempo por su pedido, y por lo que puedo ver, la comensal que está sentada en la mesa del fondo está en las mismas condiciones. Finally the restaurant closed for the night, but down there you can see a panel with all the necessary information: the name of the restaurant “La morada minina”, the ratings and the earnings, which are not bad for the first day of opening. It got two and a half stars out of five, seven customers and 153 simoleons.
Finalmente el restaurante cerró por esa noche, pero allí abajo es posible ver un panel con toda la información necesaria: El nombre del restaurante "La morada minina", las calificaciones y las ganancias, las cuales no están nada mal para ser ele primer día de apertura. Obtuvo dos estrellas y media de cinco, siete clientes y 153 simoleones.
