It’s a pleasure to show you another one of the great street art pieces that decorate Tapachula. This very large mural is located on the road to Puerto Madero.
Es muy llamativo por la variedad de colores que exhibe y la diversidad de trazos y dibujos.
Este es un poco diferente a los anteriores que les he mostrado, pues aquí no se refleja la cultura típica de México, sino más bien un grafiti moderno que hace referencia a la generación actual.
It’s very eye-catching due to the variety of colors it displays and the diversity of strokes and drawings.
This one is a bit different from the previous ones I’ve shown you, as it doesn’t reflect typical Mexican culture, but rather a modern graffiti that references the current generation.
Podemos apreciar lo bien pintada que está la cara del famoso futbolista Messi, alias “La Pulga”, tal como se muestra en el muro.
We can appreciate how well painted the face of the famous soccer player Messi, alias “La Pulga,” is, as shown on the wall.
Me gusta mucho el barco, cuyo mensaje es que trae la paz a bordo; algo muy importante en estos días, la verdad.
I really like the boat, whose message is that it brings peace on board—something very important these days, to be honest.
Es impresionante cómo, si miramos con detalle, el paisaje que se refleja en las gafas de sol de la chica es justo lo que está delante, en la asera de enfrente a este muro.
It’s impressive how, if we look closely, the landscape reflected in the girl’s sunglasses is exactly what’s in front, in the mountain range opposite this wall.
Me surge la inquietud de por qué los astronautas son niños, y solo puedo pensar que quizás todos, de niños, soñamos con serlo, y que son los niños los que más ven la vida con asombro y llena de sueños.
I have the concern about why the astronauts are children, and I can only think that perhaps all of us, as children, dreamed of being one, and that it is children who see life with the most wonder and full of dreams.
En fin, me gustó muchísimo y me encanta apreciarlo cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de pasar por ahí.
