CCC's Street Art Contest #177 - A COLORFUL CORNER ON THE ISLAND

in StreetArt • 11 months ago (edited)

🇬🇧. A few days ago I went to lunch with some friends from university. We went to a new hamburger place, after having a great and fun time, we walked a little around the area, which has recently been inaugurated as a gastronomic block.

On one of the sides we find this beautiful mural that I share with you today. It has an aesthetic very similar to Mexican illustrations, but with a beachy touch typical of an island, evidently alluding to our geographical location, Margarita Island in Venezuela.

In the central area it caught my attention once again that the shape that gives the sensation of luminosity is the typical form of representation of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Mexican like the same style that I mentioned previously, however, above this a ribbon flutters the name of the Island, so that there is no doubt about what you want to identify.

This mural is full of interesting icons and symbols such as the sacred heart with fire and the sun with the moon. All with a simple, simple line, using primary colors that are easy to understand. I particularly liked it a lot precisely for its simplicity and beauty.

Thank you for joining me, visiting my blog, reading me and supporting me. Have a wonderful day full of many successes and good energy!
