I took this picture from the side of the road leading to the airport in Saidpur city. This street art is inspired by a dialogue of our country's Prime Minister that went viral. Our country's former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had said in one of her speeches that she does not run away.
But on August 5, 2025, in the wake of the Long March to Dhaka by anti-discrimination students and a demand for the resignation of the Prime Minister, our country's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was forced to flee the country.Yet, she had said in one of her speeches that she does not run away.
This issue has been ironically highlighted in this street art. And in this art, a cartoon of a woman is written on one side, "We do not run away".
