Isaiah 59:1-2 (KJV) Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
The presence of God is what we need in our daily life. We have peace in the midst of storms when God is with us. There are many storms that threaten our lives day by day. In the midst of these storms of life, the presence of God will bring us calm. God will calm every storm and give us peace.
We enjoy the presence of God. The Bible says that in the presence of God there is fullness of joy. Our joy becomes full when we have the presence of God with us. There is no sadness and sorrows in the presence of God. There is always joy. The presence of God announces joy, and joy to its fullest.
Why would we feel that the presence of God is far from us? The presence of God is not far from us. The only thing that makes the presence of God far from us is our sin. God cannot behold iniquity. He hates sin. To enjoy the presence of God around us, we must run away from every sin.
