God is good. God does not delight in seeing evil things happen. God does not initiate evil things. He is a good God and he does what is good. When he created the entire universe at the beginning, the Bible says that everything which He made was good. The Lord does not do things that are not good. He is a good who does what is good.
The issue of evil things around us does not come from God. God is not the one who makes evil things happen. He is a God who does what is good. He created man to be doers of good things. But man worked against His purpose and gave himself to the evil one. The evil one teaches men all the bad things that they are doing in the world. The bad things which we are seeing are not from God. They are done by men.
We should decease from engaging in what is bad. Whenever we engages in evil things we are obeying the devil. We should stop obeying the devil and start to obey God.
