When we go through the book of James 1:27 and Isaiah 58:10–12, "Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction and to keep himself unspotted from the world." Taking care of others is a biblical in instruction, and not a suggestion.
It is a quality that everyone who identifies as a believer should possess. We shouldn't go about our daily lives unaware of this.
Doing good to others is one of the things we should be actively found doing if we truly identify as believers. It shouldn’t be restricted but also to our fellow believers. They should also be treated as family as well, even our enemies, neighbours, and strangers.
He did not limit it to a single set of people alone when he commanded us to treat all men well. It is general. This commandment is what we were supposed to observe.
