It’s still not letting me upload videos. It spins like this forever.

Requesting you to switch to Posting key based login.
Someone else in the support channel asked about it & login with posting key help him

I haven’t tried it that way yet, but it just uploaded anyway.

I will use the Posting Key to see if this eliminates the problem.
