Nice I use to make this salad too but without using the tomatoes pieces by the way tomatoes like garlic or onion give more flavour to everything 😍😍

If it's true that it gives it a different flavor, I really liked preparing it this way. Have you tried cauliflower rice? It uses the same ingredients. Give it a try. Best regards.
