Greetings from here, after a while, I'm back with a suggestion for a very simple snack to make. As is well known, our culture has taught us to have a fortifying diet, such as breakfast to start the day with lots of energy, lunch, and dinner, simple or to suit each person's taste and the food budget in each household. Between lunch and dinner, the beloved snack with its freshly brewed coffee is always welcome at home or at the office.
This is a recipe with simple ingredients, very easy to make, and makes a few servings.
Now, let's go through the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredientes

The first thing we'll do is soak the tablespoon of flaxseed in the three tablespoons of water, so that it acts and turns into a gelatinous texture. Wait 5 or 6 minutes for this process.

Si la masa se ve muy seca puede agregar unas cucharadas de agua hasta que se integre muy bien. (Puede utilizar leche vegetal) en esta receta se utilizó agua.
After combining the wet ingredients, move on to the flour, add the baking powder, and salt. Mix everything together until a moldable dough forms.
If the dough looks too dry, you can add a few tablespoons of water until it is well combined. (You can use plant-based milk) Water was used in this recipe

There's no need to let the dough rest; you can form it into balls and place them on the baking sheet. After forming the balls, use a flat container to press them down to flatten them (you can do this process with your hands). I found it easier to use a container to flatten the dough balls.

Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes; you can leave them a few minutes longer for a crispier finish. Our healthy snack is ready. These measurements yielded 26 cookies.
