Hello @sirenahippie. I am thankful for this veganized recipe. Each one of these ingredients is in my cupboard/fridge. I have never made a sweet version of bulghur before. This is a new idea for me. I have only used it for a salad called tabouleh.

I will have this as a comforting before bed snack
