RE: “Whenever I Think Of Us, He Is Me And I Am Him.” Book Review: At Night All Blood Is Black By David Diop

War is one of the biggest sickness in the human kind. Although I haven't read this book it seems to me that it is a really cruel and raw story but most of all, a very realistic portrait of what many people live even to this day.

War is scary, is utterly violent and it leaves a unremovable mark on the people that sadly have to experience it.

I love the way you described everything in you review, it gives a really clear idea on what to expect from the book. Great post!

War leaves an indelible mark on those who fight it. The scars of trauma and violence can linger long after the battle is over. I've watched countless movies where soldiers struggle to find peace. They are haunted by memories and unable to sleep at night.

I'm super glad you liked my post. Your comment made smile.
