That view of promoted posts is what is available at this time. If you would like something different write it up and put it into 'suggestions' channel in Discord.
Ecency devs have a long to-do list, but they are pretty responsive to new suggestions.
no worries, not that important - just was lost where i see promo is really happening or not - but points anyway for free.
