Hello friends, I hope you’re having a very nice day. Today I wasn’t planning to post, but I couldn’t miss the chance to participate once again in the community. And although I don’t have great shadow photos with beautiful compositions as I always try to, I did spend these past days hunting for some.
Hola amigos, espero que estén teniendo un muy lindo día. Hoy no iba a publicar, pero no podía desaprovechar la oportunidad de participar una vez más en la comunidad. Y aunque no tengo grandes fotos de sombras con hermosas composiciones como trato que sea siempre, sí estuve durante estos días tratando de dar caza a algunas.

I’m a bit sick so I can’t go out much lately, but near my house there’s a small wood depot that barely receives visitors from time to time. There, between allergies and a bit of sunlight, I only found many small wild plants and few shadows. Even so, I managed to capture these two shadow images that I liked a lot. The first photograph I’m showing you, and my entry to the contest, is simply one of these wild plants growing among the wood. Its stem has grown seeking natural light, pushing through even though it was crushed by the wooden planks. Its intensely green leaves projected their shadows onto the rough surface.
Estoy algo enfermo así que no puedo salir mucho de casa últimamente, pero cerca de mi casa hay un pequeño depósito de madera que apenas recibe visitas de vez en cuando. Ahí, entre alergias y un poco de sol, solo encontré muchas plantas silvestres pequeñas y pocas sombras. Aun así logré capturar estas dos imágenes de sombras que me gustaron mucho. La primera fotografía que les muestro y la participación al concurso es simplemente una de estas plantas salvajes creciendo entre la madera. Su tallo ha crecido buscando la luz natural, abriéndose paso aunque fue aplastada por los listones de madera. Sus hojas de un verde intenso proyectaban sus sombras sobre la rugosa superficie.
The next photo was taken in even more detail, focusing closely on the surface of the wood, which I think has a very interesting texture. I also captured some small clovers along with the shadow of the larger wild plant.
La siguiente foto fue aún más al detalle, tomando de cerca la superficie de la madera que creo tiene una textura muy interesante. Además, capturé unos pequeños tréboles junto a la sombra de la planta salvaje más grande.
