Shadow Hunter/ SMASh Contest Round #372 | multifarious shadow

Yet another episode of shadow hunting.

To be honest, this time, I did not try to hunt the shadow; rather, I allowed the shadow to hunt me.

For instance, when the sun's rays peek into my room during the first 20 minutes of Sunrise through golden rays, when it casts its bright rays on my mosquito net, or when I study and practice with my ball pen, the shadow of my ball pen spontaneously reminds me to partake in a shadow-hunting series.

Weather has become pleasant in the last couple of days, the temperature is below 40 degrees, that's a big relief, but it's short-lived. It could easily soar to 45 degrees in no time.

Until, the summer solstice (21st June), it will roast us like anything. But that's how it is. I am steadfast in my preparation, studying hard, and sticking to my schedule with strict discipline.

The first 20 mins of Sunrise is really the golden moment of our life, one should at least wake up before Sunrise. I utilize this 20-minute time(when Sunrays remain golden before they fade out) in breathing exercises, I make sure or try my best to breathe through my left nostril during this 20-minute time. There is a science behind(swar vigyan) it. I will explain in detail about that some other day.

Every day I set out my mosquito net to ensure uninterrupted sleep. A good morning is contingent upon a good night's sleep. Of the many options available, I must say that a mosquito net is by far the most effective option.

Through the small openings of the window, sun rays are piercing through and making an imprint on the mosquito net.

That's all for the day.

Thank you.
🙏🙏🙏
