Happy new week frens, hope you had an enjoyable and restful weekend. I had a great one. I planned a me-time weekend and followed it all through. I stayed home, cooked my favorite dishes, had a good rest and of course, slept. And oh, my medications, I did try not to stick to prescription and I didn't miss a dose. To stay on track, I had to place reminder stickers at key spots, hehehe.
Did I watch movies? Of course I wouldn't have missed that and my picks were "Flash" "The Last Witch Hunter" and "Charlie's Angels". I just love Charlie's Angels, have watched it a couple of times. I tell you that movie is evergreen and I would recommend it anytime.
I've missed practicing mindful meditation for sometime now so I did so this weekend. It was a wonderful experience and I'm more grateful for life. It left me feeling calm, centered, and more connected to myself. That's not all, now I feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to tackle the week. I'm sure going to make the most of the week.
The weekend would have been incomplete without taking a walk. So with autumn's early arrival, I savored a tranquil morning stroll under sunny skies, cooled by the gentle breeze, and seized moments to enjoy the beauty of nature.
During the walk, I stumbled upon captivating silhouettes of these fellow walkers against the golden morning light. As a self-proclaimed shadow hunter, I quickly sprang into action, capturing intriguing shadows of these men.
Mindful of their awareness, I snapped photos discreetly, careful not to draw attention to myself.
After some steps, another shadow approached, a boy on a bicycle. Perfect shot, lol.
My stroll was indeed rewarded with stunning silhouettes. I hope you like the photos?
Thank you for reading and do have a pleasant and rewarding week
