Hello friends,
Valencia, a wonderful city if ever there was one, has been the place where I have really enjoyed working these last few days and especially when I had some time to walk around the city center and in particular in the City of Arts and Sciences.
The daytime walk was great to contemplate the fabulous architecture of this landmark of the city, with several unique buildings designed by the sculptor Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela.
Each building is more spectacular than the last, with my favourite on the daytime visit being the fountain pen-shaped Reina Sofia Palace of the Arts.
Although to me it looks more like a cycling helmet like the ones riders wear on time trial stages.
But at night, this city changes and the play of reflections on the ponds in the vicinity of the various buildings is a real diversion for a reflection hunter like me.
In this case, it is the reflections of the Hemispheric building that have had the greatest impact on me.
With a good placement of the camera, the building and its reflection on the water allows us to take photographs in which it seems that we have a big eye in front of us.
This photograph is my entry to the reflection hunting contest that @olgavita organises every week.
Best regards.
