Yeah, it's pretty obvious to most people now that those making the laws don't care one wit about the people they are supposed to be representing. I feel for ya, brother! There should be zero taxes.

Yes, exactly on the bots usually going down around the same time, as that's exactly what I noticed as well! That's really great to hear about the bot modifications! It seems to have worked, because both bots have been solid for several days so far! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Totally agree on this one "supposed to be representing" !INDEED !!!
As for zero taxes, I agree, but how do you pay for general infrastructure such as roads? (this is a genuine question btw, as I know I might just be very much limited by the box I'm living in ;-) )

Yep, that one is going to come back to bite those who are quickly losing power quite badly I'd say! On taxes, interestingly, when they were first implemented in the US, they were only supposed to be temporary (and voluntary). That changed, of course. Before taxes, however, there were still cities, and roads, and services. I'm not remembering how they paid for it, but it wasn't with taxes (cough, theft, cough).

Well, I do believe that for a “good” society, there always needs to be some form of “social contribution” to the community, call it taxes or anything else. The main problem is that there’s always a small group of people who starts to totally abuse that. As was the case about 2000yrs ago, as was in the Middle Ages, or in the times of the French revolution (“let them eat cake”), or now.
It’s a bit inherent to the humans kind I’m often afraid, build a system to support, and someone will start taking advantage of it, and abuse it eventually.

Yes, individual contribution to the whole is of course important. It there were one single small tax that would likely cover most necessities. I'll have to look into how things were funded before taxes. That aspect of humanity is a bit sad, true, but I know that it's also had a lot of help from nefarious elements that operate in the shadows, playing the world like a game of chess, but they control both sides, at least they did. Not so much anymore, and less so every day. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
