Hmm, death is inevitable, sometimes we get tempted to ask the question why? But all things happen for a reason. Like you said, if she had known that stepping out would be the reason for her death, she probably wouldn't have gone out through out this week.

May her soul rest in peace. It's a call for us to be careful and watch our lives, no one knows when it will be his/her turn.
