Es una tradición sencilla, pero que repito año tras año con mucha ilusión. Ya llevamos veintisiete años juntos, y cada celebración, por más pequeña que sea, tiene un gran significado para nosotros.
A pesar de que mi mente divagaba entre el trabajo y los preparativos para la torta, no dejé de apreciar el paisaje mientras me dirigía al hotel. Me encanta observar los cambios sutiles en la naturaleza y el ritmo de la ciudad. Una de las cosas que más me alegró fue haber regresado temprano. Esto me permitió comenzar con tranquilidad la preparación de la torta de cumpleaños. Poder hacer las cosas con calma, sin prisas ni preocupaciones, es algo que valoro mucho, sobre todo cuando se trata de momentos especiales. Preparar una torta no es solo mezclar ingredientes, sino poner cariño en cada paso, imaginando la sonrisa de quien la recibirá.
