As I have told you in previous posts, this weekend will be a busy one. We feel deeply committed to the Sunsol chain to provide them with all the necessary support and ensure that their services run in optimal conditions during Easter, one of the most demanding seasons of the year.
Our day started early in the morning. My husband and I went out to the Costa Azul shopping center to finalize the details for the cleaning of tank two, a crucial task scheduled for Sunday. The reason for this planning is that during the week the tank will be in constant use due to the high influx of tourists who come to the island to enjoy its charms. Cleanliness is fundamental to maintain the quality of service, something we consider a priority.

Como en publicaciones anteriores les he contado, este fin de semana será de bastante trabajo. Nos sentimos profundamente comprometidos con la cadena Sunsol para brindarles todo el apoyo necesario y garantizar que sus servicios funcionen en óptimas condiciones durante la Semana Santa, una de las temporadas más exigentes del año.
Nuestro día comenzó temprano en la mañana. Mi esposo y yo salimos al centro comercial Costa Azul con el objetivo de ultimar los detalles para la limpieza del tanque dos, una tarea crucial programada para el domingo. La razón de esta planificación es que durante la semana el tanque estará en uso constante debido a la alta afluencia de turistas que llegan a la Isla para disfrutar de sus encantos. La limpieza es fundamental para mantener la calidad del servicio, algo que consideramos una prioridad.
Always in our tours we are accompanied by the beautiful landscapes that the island has to offer, from its mountains to its buildings, and the special charm that the sunlight gives. When the weather is excellent, everything looks much more beautiful, radiant and alive.
As part of our routine inspection, we stopped by the Sunsol Unik Hotel to check the water color levels. This process is essential to ensure that everything is in top condition before the mass arrival of guests. Every detail counts, and each check gives us peace of mind knowing that we are doing our best.
Siempre en nuestros recorridos nos acompañan los bellos paisajes que la Isla tiene para ofrecer, desde sus montañas hasta sus edificaciones, y el encanto especial que la luz del sol otorga. Cuando el clima es excelente, todo se ve mucho más hermoso, radiante y vivo.
Como parte de nuestra rutina de inspección, pasamos por el Hotel Sunsol Unik para verificar los niveles de colorado de las aguas. Este proceso es esencial para asegurar que todo esté en óptimas condiciones antes de la llegada masiva de los huéspedes. Cada detalle cuenta, y cada revisión nos da la tranquilidad de saber que estamos haciendo lo mejor posible.
However, the day was not without its challenges. Only the most complicated task remained to be solved; finding a special hot water glue. This material is indispensable to complete the work we have in Ecoland, another important point in our planning. This type of glue is quite expensive and difficult to get on the island, something that sometimes complicates our work. At first we thought we had enough in stock, but to our surprise, it was sold out.
We decided to look for it in several stores specialized in this type of products, but the results were unsuccessful.
Sin embargo, el día no estuvo exento de desafíos. Solo nos quedaba por resolver la tarea más complicada; encontrar una pega especial para agua caliente. Este material es indispensable para culminar el trabajo que tenemos en Ecoland, otro punto importante dentro de nuestra planificación. Este tipo de pega es bastante costoso y difícil de conseguir en la Isla, algo que a veces complica nuestro trabajo. Al principio pensábamos que teníamos suficiente en inventario, pero para nuestra sorpresa, estaba agotada.
Decidimos buscarla en varios locales especializados en este tipo de productos, pero los resultados fueron infructuosos.
On the Island, filters designed for hot water are not usually abundant, since the most common is to filter cold water and then heat it. However, the filter we use was installed two years ago with a more advanced technology that has yielded great results, which makes getting the specific materials even more challenging.
Finally, someone suggested we visit Catalano Home Center, where apparently they had recently received materials. As soon as we entered the place, I realized that they had the stuff we needed. It was a moment of great relief. However, we still had to look for the high-temperature joints. Although I have three in stock, we decided to anticipate and buy more to be prepared. In high season, the difficulties in getting materials increase significantly, so it's best to be ready for any eventuality.
En la Isla, no suelen abundar los filtros diseñados para agua caliente, ya que lo más común es filtrar el agua fría y luego calentarla. Sin embargo, el filtro que usamos fue colocado hace dos años con una tecnología más avanzada que ha dado grandes resultados, lo que hace que conseguir los materiales específicos sea aún más desafiante.
Finalmente, alguien nos sugirió visitar Catalano Home Center, donde aparentemente habían recibido materiales recientemente. Apenas entramos al lugar, me percaté de que tenían la pega que necesitábamos. Fue un momento de gran alivio. Sin embargo, aún nos quedaba buscar las uniones de alta temperatura. Aunque tengo tres en el depósito, decidimos prever y comprar más para estar preparados. En temporada alta, las dificultades para conseguir materiales aumentan significativamente, así que es mejor estar listos para cualquier eventualidad.
With all the materials gathered and our work perfectly coordinated, we returned home. It was time to rest and recharge our batteries for the next day, full of uncertainty but also of possibilities. We don't know exactly what the journey through the Sunsol chain will bring, but we are ready to face any challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.
Con todos los materiales reunidos y nuestro trabajo perfectamente coordinado, volvimos a casa. Era hora de descansar y recuperar energías para el próximo día, lleno de incertidumbre pero también de posibilidades. No sabemos exactamente qué nos deparará en el recorrido por la cadena Sunsol, pero estamos listos para enfrentar cualquier desafío con entusiasmo y dedicación.
