When the list of top students was announced, my two cousins, AJ and Kyle, were proudly listed among the top 20 students on the governor's list and as the dean's listers in their school.
They embarked on an incredible journey of hard work.
Both of them faced challenges along the way but they pushed forward.
They supported each other through late-night study sessions and shared moments of encouragement.
So to celebrate this incredible achievement, we, as relatives, organized a special gathering.
That evening, we spent sharing stories of their struggles and triumphs.
We knew this was only the beginning of many more accomplishments to come.
Being part of this family, I felt incredibly grateful.
Whether it was the smallest victory or biggest achievement, my family would gather around, with genuine happiness.
It makes every achievement sweeter and gives you the strength to pursue your dreams with confidence.
Just like a simple breastfeeding moment.
They will show their support in a simple, heartfelt way.
With a simple cheer of, "You're doing amazing" or "We're so proud of you".
They will always support you and celebrate your precious moment.
That makes me realize that a simple cheer became a small but powerful reminder that you were never alone.
That you were surrounded by a family whose happiness came from each other's successes.
This night's bond wrapped up with love made our family even stronger.
