It has been a long time without rain. What we know as drought. We haven't had rain here in a long time. When rain was needed the most, rain was a very essential item especially for the farmers who cultivated various crops on the land. Rainfall is especially important here for agriculture as there is very little irrigated land here. There was a lot of dust on the roads. Looking at the trees, it seemed as if they had lost their color. But now when the harvest time has come, it has been raining continuously for several days. Although the rain is a lot of relief, it is temporarily causing some hardship for those whose crops have arrived.
But today I have to go to work even if it rains because it was a public holiday till yesterday. As the institution is open today, I reached my institution despite the rain. I went and saw that there was absolutely no student, only one student came. Because there was still a lot of rain. The sky was black. Dark clouds were floating in the air in abundance.
Today I went up to the roof of our establishment to watch the rain and enjoy some view from there. Especially when the rain was dripping on the roof and a lot of water was pooling down, the sound of the rain was very pleasant. From where I saw some birds that tried to take shelter in the trees but were forced to leave due to other birds chasing them. However, photography was not possible as the birds were far away and the sky was slightly overcast.
The problem is that when it rains, the roads in our village become very muddy. If it rains heavily, walking on this road is very difficult. Because it is a completely dirt road with no pitch molding. Sometimes there is a fear of slipping. But there is nothing to do. This is where I have to go to work every day. Although it was very difficult to pass through here in the morning but by the time I was returning home in the afternoon the road was dry due to the absence of rain and the heat of the sun.
