Turning 40 feels like such a milestone, and what better way to kick off my week-long birthday celebration than with my high school friends? We met up at Amaretto restaurant in Jamestown, Mandaue City, a perfect spot for an intimate gathering filled with good food and even better company.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, beautiful bouquets of flowers (how sweet, right?), and a surprise tiramisu cake! I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful and loving gesture from my dear friends. It was such a heartwarming moment, and I felt truly blessed to be surrounded by people who’ve known me since our high school days.
We spent the evening reminiscing, laughing, and of course, indulging in some seriously delicious Italian cuisine. Amaretto’s cozy atmosphere made it the perfect venue for the celebration, and every bite of the tiramisu cake was a reminder of how special this moment was.
