On a daily basis children love to do more when they are celebrated; no matter how little it may seem to be, they go a long way to appreciate it, which in another way turns to motivation for them.
There are many ways to encourage someone:
1. Motivational speech: people get motivated when they get motivational words like "keep on striving" and "you can do better." It makes them want to do more so as to get more of the words and make the parents proud.
2. Offering of help: help is a way of encouraging and boosting someone's confidence in certain situations. Celebration can be a way of encouragement in the sense that:
1. It creates a sense of belonging: it makes someone feel accepted. When someone is celebrated, it makes the person feel he or she is welcomed in that place.
2. It inspires continuous effort: it makes the person motivated to do more. of the things he or she did.

4. It makes others feel valued.
5. They are encouraged to keep up with their good behavior.
